Leadership & Heritage
UK Forbes Global Properties is led by Martin Bikhit, Founder and CEO, and Charlie Willis, Managing Director and Founder Partner. Each brings more than 30 years of experience in London residential property, with careers spanning prime and super-prime agency, business leadership and long-standing client relationships.
Martin founded the UK business and leads its overall strategy, growth and international relationships. Charlie leads the agency business, including the expansion of its network of senior agent-partners. Both advise clients directly and remain closely involved in transactions, with a shared focus on experience, personal advice and absolute discretion.
UK Forbes Global Properties sits within the group that is the exclusive UK member of the Forbes Global Properties network. The group also includes Kay & Co, established in 1982, and Marler & Marler, established in 1858 — combining longstanding Central London expertise with international reach.
